I am the Co-owner of BONDA Restaurant in Westport, CT. I have no formal training in wine, but have been enjoying it since 1988. I have been choosing wines for BONDA and as a consultant for others since 2001.

We had this Sauvignon Blanc down a the beach last week. Flavors of grapefruit are fading with lemon zest, and floral notes. Jamie thinks it is fading and I am inclined to agree.
